Ingredients
  1. 4lb. Boneless cross-rib, blade, chuck or shoulder roast (Pork Roast)
  2. 1 pound bag mini potatoes (or 3 larger ones cubed)
  3. 3 carrots cut in bite size chunks
  4. 1 lg. onion cut to desired size.
  5. 1 package onion soup mix
Instructions
  1. Preheat any size roaster until water beads and rolls around, or place a piece of paper towel on the bottom of the pan and when it turns golden brown, remove. Then sear roast on all sides. Add potatoes, carrots, and onions. When valve clicks, turn to low for about an hour. If it is a tough piece of meat, leave on low for a couple hours or more.
