Ingredients
- 2 cups mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup red wine
- 1/2 cup sugar or 1/4 cup Agave nectar
- 3/4 tsp fresh ground pepper
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 lbs broccoli
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup dried cranberries
- 1 cup dried apricots
- 1 cup toasted slivered almonds
- 1 cup chopped red onion
- 1 can mandarin oranges
- 4 slices bacon cooked and crumbled (optional)
Instructions
- Chop broccoli (#2 cone). Shred cheese (# 1 cone). Chop red onion (#2 cone). Mix all ingredients. Cover and refrigerate 2 hours or up to 24 hours for the flavors to blend.
