Ingredients
- 1 yellow bell pepper
- 1 green bell pepper
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 lg carrot
- 1 potato
- 2 onions
- Salt
- Garlic Paste
- Chill Powder
- Ginger paste
- Curry powder
- Tomato paste
- Ground Coriander
- Ground cinnamon
Instructions
- 1. Preheat MP5 to 450F.
- 2. Dice lg carrot into 12. Dice each pepper into 24. Dice potato into 12. Cut both onions on #2 cone. Then sprinkle 1 tsp salt on onions. Put 1 tsp cumin seeds into MP5. When seed starts popping add chopped onions. Stir until soft.
- 3. Turn MP5 down to 225F.
- 4. Add 1 tsp each of: turmeric, garlic paste, chill powder, ginger paste, curry powder, tomato paste, ground, coriander, ground cinnamon.
- 5. Mix all the above and then place the diced pepper, potato and carrots on top. Cover but DO NOT mix yet. Wait for the valve to click and then turn to low.
- 6. Wait 20 minutes and then mix all the ingredients together and serve with rice.
