Ingredients
- Pork or chicken pieces (optional)
- Onions
- 1 inch of ginger
- 5 cloves garlic
- 2 wedges of cabbage
- 2 carrots
- 4-5 squares of chowmein noodles
- Box of chicken broth
- Handful of bean sprouts
- Sliced green onions
- Sauté sauce of choice (ketjap manis or honey garlic)
Instructions
- 1. Preheat wok on medium heat.
- 2. Sauté chicken, onions (Saladmaster Food Processor #3 cone), ginger and garlic (#1 cone).
- 3. Add cabbage and carrots (#3 cone).
- 4. Rinse noodles and place on top. Pour broth over, put the lid on and leave on medium heat. When the valve clicks, lift the lid, add bean sprouts and green onions and sauce, toss it all together,. Medium – click – low.
