Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 3/4 tsp baking soda
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 cup shredded carrot
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
- 1 cup crushed pineapple
- 1/2 cup raisins
- 1 apple
Instructions
- 1. Shred carrots on #1 cone.
- 2. Chop walnuts on #1 cone.
- 3. Mix all ingredients.
- 4. Layer sliced apple (#4 cone) on bottom of small skillet.
- 5. Medium-Click-Low. Cook on low until done.
Baking tips
- Cook a little below medium to avoid heating it up too fast.
- Spin the lid a few times while waiting for the click.
