Ingredients
  1. Good sized, scrubbed potatoes.
Instructions
  1. Preheat skillet on medium. Slice potatoes once lengthwise. Rinse off starch and slice an X into it. Place open-face down into skillet and cover. Turn skillet on to 325 degrees. When valve clicks or lid is hot to the touch, turn down to low for a minimum of 10 minutes. Flip over. Add favorite toppings (cheese, bacon, sour cream) and serve as a baked potato.
