Ingredients
- 3 salmon fillets, 6-8 oz preferably center cut, with sin on
- 1 lemon sliced in thin slices
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp water
- 2 tsp sesame oil
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 tsp fresh ginger, minced
- 2 tsp sugar
- 1-2 dashes hot pepper sauce
- 2 bunches spinach, washed and stemmed
Instructions
- In a small bowl, combine soy sauce, water, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, sugar and hot sauce. Set aside. In 11" skillet, lay down lemon slices, place salmon fillets on lemon. Cover skillet and put on medium til clicks, then low for 3-5 minutes. Place spinach in 3-qt saucepan, rinse and shake off extra water. Cover 3-qt, turn to medium, when valve clicks turn down to low or even off.
- When dishes are done (5 minutes after turning down stove), place spinach on platter. Lay salmon on spinach and drizzle sauce over salmon. Enjoy!
