Ingredients
- 1.5 pounds of boneless chicken (cut into small pieces)
- 1.5 tsp Salt
- 500 ml whipping cream
- 1.5 tsp Red chilli pepper
- 3 tbsp Tomato paste
- 1.5 tsp Garm masala
- 1 tbsp Ginger paste
- 1 tbsp Kastoori mathi
- 2 tbsp Garlic
- 1.5 tsp Tandoori masala
- 1 tbsp Onion
Instructions
- 1) Put chicken, garlic, ginger, onion, and salt into the pan. (cook for about 10-15 minutes) and then add garm masala, tandoori masala and chillies.
- 2) In another pan warm the whipping cream until it boils and then add the tomato paste. Stir the two together and add to the chicken pan. (Cook for about 7-8 minutes)
- 3) Serve in a dish with kastoori mathi sprinkled on top.
