Ingredients
  1. 6 medium fresh peaches or one large cans of sliced peaches, drained
  2. 1 white or yellow cake mix
  3. Cinnamon
  4. 1 can soda
  5. Small container of blueberries (optional)
Instructions
  1. Place sliced peaches (and blueberries if desired) on the bottom of electric skillet or large skillet. Sprinkle cinnamon over the top. Mix cake mix in a bowl with the soda. Pour on top of peaches. For Electric skillet, place on 250 till valve clicks (or in stove top skillet do med-click-low) for about 15-20 minutes. Check to see if it is done. Leave longer if needed. Serve warm or cold.
