Ingredients
- 1 jar Spaghetti Sauce
- 8 large mushrooms (#4 cone)
- 1 large zucchini (#3 cone)
- Mozzarella cheese (or mix with cheddar half-half)
- 1 large onion(#2 cone)
- 1 green pepper (cut into slices)
- 2 cups fresh spinach or 1 package frozen (thawed)
- Italian seasoning
- Noodles of choice
Instructions
- Into a bowl, grate zucchini, onion, spaghetti sauce. Place a few large spoons of mixture directly into cold electric skillet covering a light layer on bottom. Please a single layer of noodles over sauce. Cover with cottage or ricotta cheese. Cover with spinach. Add 1 more layer of noodles and rest of sauce. Grate cheese on top. Then add mushroom slices and decorate with sliced strips of pepper. Place lid on skillet and set probe to 300. When valve set to 190. If it clicks again turn lower until clicking ceases!!!! (If using stove top... use medium-click-low for 30 minutes minimum).
